Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Orders of $45 or more ship free. Orders under $45 have a flat $10 shipping fee, no matter how many items are in your cart. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders ship from Korea and most arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Your products are authentic Korean skincare sent from our fulfillment partner, and delivery times can occasionally run longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address; a new shipping fee may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, see our Return and Refund Policy or email support@glasswellbeauty.com and we'll make it right.
